A look into the housing market in May of 2021

May 2021 was another month for the books. We have begun to see a very slight slow down in the real estate market, but the market still continues to be unpredictable. In the month of May 2021, we saw an average sale price of $741,206 up 35% from May 2020 at $548,220. The number of homes sold in was up from 1342 in May 2020 to 2296 in May 2021.
